Webinar Registration Refunds
Live Webinar Sessions
Refund requests for live webinar registrations are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a complete refund
- Partial Refund: Requests made between 3 and 7 days before the webinar start time are eligible for a 50% refund
- No Refund: Requests made less than 3 days before the webinar start time or after the webinar has commenced are not eligible for refunds
Recorded Webinar Access
For pre-recorded webinar content:
- Full refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no content has been accessed or downloaded
- Once content has been viewed or downloaded, refunds are not available
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds follow these guidelines:
- Cancellations made within the first 7 days of the initial subscription period are eligible for a full refund
- Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable once processed
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if minimal platform usage is demonstrated
- After 14 days, prorated refunds may be considered for unused months at our discretion
- Refunds are calculated based on the monthly subscription rate, not the discounted annual rate

- Alternative webinar dates or substitute sessions may be offered

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

- Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed individually
